Designed and implemented a scalable BI data architecture that consolidated data from Salesforce, CV CRM, Sienge, Excel and external sources into automated Power BI dataflows. Replaced manual daily reporting with an automated ETL framework using Power Query, improving data consistency and operational efficiency.
Developed interactive dashboards covering sales funnel, productivity KPIs, targets, turnover and executive indicators. Created a comprehensive BI handbook outlining business rules, table relationships, data definitions and usage guidelines. Built a data-validation page to identify incorrect CRM entries and highlight responsible users. Delivered BI onboarding and training to approximately 600 commercial staff, including managers, supervisors and operational teams.
Supported leadership with data-driven insights for strategic reviews, operational planning and performance management. Ensured continuous data quality through validation rules, field standardisation and reduction of recurring inconsistencies.

Designed strategic data visualisations to support churn analysis, MRR tracking and commercial performance monitoring. Created dashboards covering key KPIs such as churn recovery requests, LTV, goal attainment, franchise performance, retention, average ticket value and recurring revenue growth. Automated approximately 35 internal workflows using Zapier, Integromat and Pipefy, reducing manual workload and operational delays.
Developed standardised dashboard templates and ready-to-use reporting models for POS, e-commerce and inside sales teams across the franchise network. Queried and manipulated data using GraphQL and connected to databases via Azure Data Studio to extract, transform and analyse operational datasets. Conducted process audits to ensure data integrity, standardisation and adherence to business rules across hundreds of franchise units.
Implemented validation routines and data-standardisation models to address recurring issues such as naming inconsistencies, duplications and missing fields. Coordinated with marketing and sales stakeholders to align dashboards with business objectives and KPI. Delivered ongoing training for commercial and operational teams, improving understanding of metrics and increasing BI tool adoption.
